(1) According to sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Act, a person, firm or company who wants to establish a business shall submit an application to the industry registration body for registration of business with the following documents and details in the format as per schedule-1 :-
(Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate or copy of passport if foreign citizen,
(b) If the applicant is a firm, a copy of the firm registration certificate, or if it is a company, a copy of the company registration certificate, memorandum and articles of association, (c) If a representative has been appointed to make the application, his authorization letter,
(d) Foreign investment approval letter, in case of foreign investment (e) A copy of the agreement entered into between the partners in case the industry is to be set up in partnership,
(f) Schedule-1 of the Act. Permission letter obtained from the Board in case of industries mentioned in
(2) When submitting an application for industry registration as per sub-rule (1), the project details prepared in the format as per schedule-2 should also be submitted along with the application.
